401k Plan
Our 401k plan allows employees to set aside a percentage of their gross income on a pre tax basis toward retirement.
Dental Insurance
We offer a voluntary dental plan through a national carrier to all full-time employees on the date of hire.
Employee Assistance Program
Our EAP offers a wide range of resources to assist you. The EAP can be called upon for confidential problem solving assessment, referrals and counseling services for employees and their eligible family members.
Flexible Spending Account (Section 125)
Our flexible spending plan allows employees to contribute a predetermined amount of pretax dollars for medical/dental co-pays and expenses. Employees can also set aside pre tax dollars for dependent care costs.
Holidays
We provide eight paid holidays and one floating holiday a year.
Life Insurance
We provide all full-time employees with term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage after plan eligibility requirements have been met.
Long Term Disability Insurance
All full-time employees are covered under the company's LTD plan. This plan provides for benefits beyond the short-term disability benefit period after plan eligibility requirements have been met.
Medical Insurance
We offer a national, medical carrier to assist our employees in meeting their health care needs. Each year VersaTrans Solutions contributes a percentage towards the cost of the employees and their dependents medical, prescription and vision care premiums. An employees share of the premium may be made with pre tax dollars.
Professional and Technical Membership
We encourage and support active participation in technical and professional societies.
Short Term Disability Insurance
We provide both mandatory NYS disability and an enhanced short-term disability plan for all full-time employees.
Sick and Personal Time
We offer paid sick and personal time to all full-time employees.
Supplemental Life Insurance
Employees are offered the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance coverage through a reduced group rate plan.
Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time employees with one year of service are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Reimbursement is subject to management approval.
Vacation
We offer our employees paid vacation time as a benefit to focus on family and/or personal activities outside of the workplace. Vacation is accrued based on an employees years of service.
