Special Announcement

Greetings everyone!
As we look forward to 2010 and beyond, I want to give you some advance information about a leadership transition at Versatrans. After 28 years, 2010 will be my last full year of service with Versatrans. This is part of a succession plan which has been months, even years, in the making. I am very pleased and excited to say that Jim Guzewich, our CFO/COO will become president in early 2011. Jim has been my business partner and financial and operational leader here for the past seven years. He exemplifies the values and beliefs that have grown our company into the trusted organization we have today, and has the experience and drive to continue to grow our family of clients.

We have worked hard to ensure that the organization will be positioned to carry Versatrans to new heights with continued innovation and stellar service to you. I am confident that this will happen under Jim’s leadership.
