VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Welcomes New Personnel

LATHAM, NY - January 31, 2008- VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. continues its expansion with the announcement of three newly-hired personnel in the Client Services department.

Roger Dames, of Rotterdam, New York is the most recent addition to the Technical Support team. In his new role as Technical Support Specialist, Mr. Dames will be providing technical support to clients with VersaTrans software. His prior experience includes working in the IT department at Target Technologies' Northeastern distribution center in Wilton, New York where he provided networking assistance and support for over 900 employees.

The Production department welcomes two new members: Ashley Christian of Perth, New York and Theresa Najafipour of Schenectady, New York. Both Ms. Christian and Ms. Najafipour have accepted positions as Production Specialists, where they will each be responsible for corresponding with clients to gather map-building information and for assisting them with implementing VersaTrans software and maps in a timely manner.

Ms. Christian is currently attending Fulton Montgomery Community College (FMCC) where she is expecting her Associates Degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in May 2008. She participated in an internship on the FMCC campus with the Spatial Information Technology Center, where she created a public safety application.

Prior to joining VersaTrans, Ms. Najafipour worked for MetLife Auto & Home in the no-fault department. She recently graduated from Siena College with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management. Ms. Najafipour also earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration at Hudson Valley Community College.
