VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Posts Record Year-End Results
Company realizes the best sales in its history.
Albany, NY - October 18, 2007 - VersaTrans Solutions Incorporated, the leading supplier of software, services and support in the school transportation and planning market experienced another year of steady growth for the fiscal year ending August 31, 2007. In a year where VersaTrans Solutions signed the most new clients in its history, the company also exceeded sales goals in all four quarters.
Following the successful first, second and third quarters, VersaTrans Solutions' fourth quarter results bested projections by 16%, leading to achievement of 118% of total sales projections for the year overall.

VersaTrans acquired a record breaking number of new clients for its flagship routing and planning offering, VersaTrans RP, increasing the number of new clients by more than 10% from 2006. Furthermore, unit sales exceeded projected goals by 15% for the year.
