VersaTrans Solutions, Inc. Posts Another Record Quarter
Company realizes eighth consecutive record-breaking quarter.

Albany , NY - July 26, 2007 - For the eighth consecutive quarter, VersaTrans Solutions has exceeded sales projections and historical track records.

Forty-seven new VersaTrans RP clients were signed in the third quarter of the fiscal year against a goal of 43. "This was another successful quarter where we were able to add customers across all segments of the industry, including several significant customers in Canada," stated Ted Thien, Vice President of Sales.  "We also saw marked increases in sales of VersaTrans' other software products.  VersaTrans FleetVision, our premier fleet maintenance software, had sales which were 213% over goal."

New clients signed in the third quarter increased by 19% from 2006. Total sales -- which include VersaTrans RP and the complementary applications VersaTrans e-Link, a web-based product for making routing information accessible via the internet; VersaTrans TripTracker, for field trip planning and management; VersaTrans FleetVision , for automating vehicle fleet maintenance operations; VersaTrans SIF Agent, for the automation of data exchange with other district systems; and VersaTrans OnScreen, for GPS monitoring of fleet activity - exceeded the revenue goal by 129%.
