VersaTrans Assist is a NEW service that is designed to help school bus operations realize the power of VersaTrans RP.

When you sign up for this service you will be provided with a VersaTrans Specialist, who will be sitting next to you helping you do whatever it is you need assistance with. They can make sure your VersaTrans Software is running efficiently. Like the mechanics working on your buses, they can fine tune your data to ensure it is running at full performance. Or they can be there to help at the start of school entering in address changes and getting new route sheets out to drivers. Think of it as hiring a specialized temp worker right when you need it the most.

Tasks VersaTrans Assist can help you with:

• Data Entry- Buildings, Vehicles, Staff
• Routing
• Special Needs - Routes/Criteria
• Update the map
• Fix/Adjust route times
• Set up important reports
• Set up ASCII Imports/Exports with IT or bring to light issues with the Student Information System (SIS) that need to be corrected
• Make sure VersaTrans software is set up correctly
• Side by side assistance with startup of school
• Assistance with state reporting
