Through this Internet technology we are able to see your computer's desktop and even take control of it in order to get you through any support issues that might come up. We also provide Online Discovery Training using the same technology.

Client/Support Data Exchange Portal
This portal allows clients to post and
retrieve their data when working through issues
with Versatrans Technical Support. Clients will
use their Versatrans Knowledgebase login and password
to enter the secure area.
The link to the right will redirect you to the
secure data exchange portal created through RhinoSoft.com.
If you are experiencing problems connecting to
the site add https://datapost.versatrans.com as
a Trusted Site in Internet Explorer by going to
Tools>Internet Options. Select the Security
Tab, highlight Trusted Sites and click the Sites
button. Copy and paste https://datapost.versatrans.com
into the "Add this website to the zone:"
field and click the Add button. If you have any
additional problems contact Versatrans Technical
Support at 800.775.5556.
